Two Deck Types, One Production Line

• Open Deck (开口楼承板) — Trapezoidal rib profile, 2–3 ribs, effective widths from 510mm to 1025mm. Most common globally for standard-span composite floors.
• Closed Deck (闭口楼承板) — Re-entrant dovetail profile (820 type) that interlocks with concrete for higher composite action. Ideal for long-span floors, elevated parking structures, and high-rise applications where shear stud count must be minimized.
