These are loading photos taken at the factory when floor deck roll forming machines are packed and loaded for shipment. Each set documents the machine as it was prepared, positioned and secured in the container, so you can see how a complete deck line is protected and braced before it leaves.
| Stage | What the photos show |
|---|---|
| Preparation | Forming rollers, shafts and the control cabinet cleaned and protected before packing |
| Tooling and spares | Spare rolls, shear blades, hydraulic parts and small components packed as separate items |
| Machine into container | Main forming unit, decoiler, control cabinet and output table positioned in loading sequence |
| Bracing and strapping | The machine tied down and braced so nothing moves in transit |
| Closing the container | Container number, seal number and loading date recorded against the shipment |
| Item | Recorded detail |
|---|---|
| Deck profile | The deck profile the line was built for |
| Machine configuration | Frame, shaft, motor, chain and number of forming rows |
| Container | Container size and number |
| Destination | Port and country |
| Loading date | Date the container was closed and sealed |
If you have an order in production, ask for the loading photo set for your machine number and we will send it as soon as the container is closed. The same set is filed with your shipping documents, so you can check the machine against the packing list on arrival.
