Hebei Xinnuo Roll Forming Machine Co., Ltd. is a professional cold roll forming machinery manufacturer headquartered in Botou City, Hebei Province — China's largest cold roll forming equipment manufacturing hub. Since our founding in 1998, we have dedicated over two decades to the research, design, manufacturing, and global distribution of high-performance roll forming solutions.

With a portfolio of 500+ production-proven machine blueprints, we design and build equipment that produces metal roofing sheets, wall cladding panels, floor decking, steel purlins, sandwich panels, ridge caps, rolling shutters, door frames, light steel keels, guardrails, cable trays, and custom industrial profiles. Our History

1998	Founded in Botou, Hebei — started as a small workshop specializing in single-profile roof panel roll forming machines for the domestic Chinese market.
2005	Expanded to multi-category production — added C/Z purlin machines, floor deck roll formers, and glazed tile machines to the product line. Began exporting to Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
2010	ISO & CE certification obtained — achieved international quality management and safety compliance, enabling entry into European and North American markets.
2015	Introduced servo-driven CZ integrated purlin lines — upgraded to high-speed automatic size-changing technology, reducing changeover time and increasing output for structural steel customers.
2018	Expanded factory to 12,000+ m² — invested in advanced CNC machining centers, expanded assembly bays, and established a dedicated quality inspection zone. Added double-layer and triple-layer machine production.
2020	TUV certification achieved — further strengthened quality credentials for demanding markets including Germany, Australia, and North America. Developed remote commissioning and virtual factory inspection capabilities.
2023	Blueprint library exceeded 500 — covering 12+ product categories. Machines exported to 50+ countries. Established dedicated after-sales service teams for Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America.
2026	Continued global expansion — launched new-generation high-speed IBR and corrugated sheet lines, expanded custom profile engineering capabilities, and strengthened partnerships across emerging markets in Africa and Central Asia.
