Automatic Sandwich Panel Roll Forming Production Line
This fully automatic sandwich panel production line integrates dual decoilers, upper and lower roll forming units, glue injection or core-material feeding, heated lamination pressing, and automatic cutoff into one continuous system. It transforms color-coated steel coils into finished insulated composite panels — ready for cold storage warehouses, cleanroom partitions, prefabricated steel buildings, and industrial roofing and wall cladding applications. The machine accommodates three core insulation types: EPS expanded polystyrene foam, PU polyurethane rigid foam, and mineral rock wool fiber, with a quick-change configuration to switch between materials.
