How It Differs from Standard Arc Tile Machines
A glazed tile machine is fundamentally an arc roll forming machine plus an additional pitch stamping device. The arc rollers form the continuous sine-wave profile; the pitch stamper then presses rhythmic transverse ridges into each wave crest at precise intervals. The result is a panel that looks like rows of individual clay tiles, but installs as a single continuous steel sheet.
