How the Dual-Process System Works
- Stage 1 — Arc Forming: The flat coil enters the roll forming section where 18–28 progressive roller stands shape the metal into a continuous sine-wave arc profile with uniform wave height and spacing.
- Stage 2 — Pitch Stamping: Immediately after arc forming, a dedicated pitch stamping unit presses rhythmic transverse ridges into each wave crest. The stamping die is synchronized with the line speed to maintain consistent pitch spacing across the entire panel length.
- Stage 3 — Hydraulic Cut-to-Length: A hydraulic shear cuts panels to the preset length, ready for stacking and installation.
