Z Lock Mineral Wool Sandwich Panel Line — Complete Manufacturing System

The Z lock mineral wool sandwich panel line is an integrated production system engineered for the unique demands of rock wool core panel manufacturing. Unlike general-purpose lines, this system accounts for mineral wool's slower processing characteristics — higher density, greater adhesive absorption, and longer curing requirements — to deliver consistent A1 fire-rated panel output at commercially viable speeds. Every section from decoiling through final stacking is calibrated to work as one synchronized unit.
