C Roll Forming Machine — Multi-Profile Automatic Cold Roll Production Line

This heavy duty C roll forming machine is a versatile automatic cold roll production line engineered to manufacture a complete range of C-shaped steel profiles — including standard C channels, C purlins, C beams, and custom C sections — all from a single unified roll forming platform. The machine features independent hydraulic punching stations positioned before and after the forming section, enabling complex hole patterns without compromising forming precision. Every structural joint is CO2 gas-shielded welded for full penetration strength, and the 450H welded steel frame is machined on a 12-meter CNC gantry mill to guarantee 0.05mm flatness across the entire forming bed.
